What is a WDIR Report?
When buying or refinancing your home, a WDIR-100 my be required. Even if not required, it is in your best interest to obtain this report. The report is an inspection of the home of past, present or on-going wood destroying insect issues.

Liberty Exterminating can issue a Wood Destroying Insect Report. Also referred to as a "Termite Inspection Report". We can take care of your real estate inspection needs in a timely manner. We will thoroughly inspect the interior and exterior of your home for termites, and other wood destroying insects. Upon completing the inspection Liberty Exterminating will provide you with the necessary paperwork for your real estate closing. In the event that problems are detected, we will provide you with a detailed report outlining the problem areas, a written plan with advice on taking care of the problem, and a competitive bid.
